Collaboration with Wild Leap Brew Co.
Happiness is a Stout of Mind with this THICC Imperial Milk Stout! Our original collaboration with Wild Leap Brew Co., Man Overboard, was a Dolly Bar inspired Milk Stout that went through a triple mash and 18 hour boil for a sweet treat. We put it on Jameson Select barrels for 13 months and threw in a ton of coconut, graham cracker, cinnamon, vanilla and caramel. Tons of honey and caramel notes come through from the barrels to complement the sweet notes in this collab!

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a narrow collar of light tan bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of chocolate and Jameson are present in the nose along with notes of vanilla.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of coconut and graham cracker.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied and very silky smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: While this beer is pleasant to sip, it is very easy to drink considering its strength and goes down easily.
