No need for black magic with this release, Oak Aged Witching Hour. Our Belgian style Tripel features a clean malt flavor and a spicy, dry character that is fragrant with belgian candi sugar aromas. We then soaked it on oak staves to create more complexity with the barrel flavors created by the staves. The banana and pear fruity esters linger while finishing dry and warming with alcohol.

Can from John’s. The world needs more tripels! Auto-purchase when there is one of these. This one missed the mark unfortunately though.

Normally I give a review as I indulge in a beer. This one I had late at night with company. Wrote this the next morning so I would resist purchasing again. Very middle of the road brew is all I can say.
