Cool space but I'm the only one here at 6:30. Place would be pretty solid with a crowd

Dismal place. While their selections were varied and showed potential, every one was "new" tasting and flat as a pancake. My wife and I both ordered a flight and sat at the bar so one would think the bartender would pay us some attention. Other than spilling and entire 4oz porter on my wife's cellphone, all he had to say to us was that everything was flat due to having a function earlier in the day. What? I doubt these guys will be around too long as Denver has WAY too many other decent brewing companies to go to. Don't waste your time.

Atmosphere - great location in RINO, within walking distance of other breweries and tap houses. Great space with plenty of seating inside, outside and at the bar. Pool table, dart board, foos ball, and plenty of board games.
Quality - the Hopscotch IPA was the highlight, the two stouts for disappointing.
Service - beer tender didn't seem to want to be at work; very disengaged and short with answers to any questions.
Selection - 7 beers on tap; they were decent, but other than the Hopscotch, I wouldn't order a pint of any.
Overall - this place has potential, but has a long way to go.

Save your money and time. Beers tasted unfinished (overly sweet and flat) and off. They should've figured this out before opening, and they've had ample time to correct their quality issues since opening.
Service was lackluster. He didn't engage me or talk about the beers. Just asked for my ID.
It's damn shame as the space is good and I live mere blocks away.
The writing on the wall: The restaurant next door was jam packed, but this brewery had only 5 people in it; including me, the server, and 3 other patrons.

Very spacious, nice outdoor seating area, only one person serving behind the bar. Vibe was very weak. Beer was average at best. Tried the raspberry chocolate stout which was awful. Flat, way too sweet, watery, lacked any type of complexity for a stout. Overall not that impressed.

i tend to want to give new operations a lot of space, let them find their groove before i come down too harsh on them, but this just isnt getting it done right now, only about half of their four or six beers were drinkable, and the bad ones were appalling. lets start with the good though, the space is awesome, minimal and comfortable, centrally located, and the service was really friendly, did well with a crowd, and was happy to share samples. the brew house looks new, clean, and packed with potential. comfy space to hand, lots of seating at the bar, food near by. the beer is poor though, some downright awful, the colorado pale has no flavor, the cherry lambic was the highlight, although hardly a classic belgian example of the style. i am going to wait a few months and try again, but for now the beers need a lot of help!

Really a great space and ver nice people who own and run the brewery. I am hopeful that they can find their footing in terms of their overall beer quality. The ideas are there but the execution needs some improvement.
