A: The beer is hazy amber orange in color. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of spices and pumpkin are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the pumpkin flavors are a bit stronger and there are also hints of vanilla.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this beer to be an interesting take on a saison. The pumpkin wasn't that strong so it still tasted like a saison instead of a generic pumpkin beer.
