Picked up a 16 oz mason jar growler 7-24-19 from the Craft Beer Quick Stop for $6.00. Consumed on 7-28-19.
Beer poured dark brown with no head to speak of. Color definitely nailed down.
Nose is dark fruit forward with not much else going on.
Taste is figs and candi sugar over a large malt base with a really nice hop addition to keep everything well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and pretty smooth.
Overall a pretty decent representation of the style.
