Irish blonde ale
Open a bottle and a 'spring has sprung' sensation will come over you as you take in the fine UK dry-hopped aromas. Honey and wheat malts, along with Willamette hops in the boil give it a real fresh vibrant flavor. One sip and it will feel like spring is here.

This one was a little disappointing as I make my way through craft beers in my new home province of Ontario. Firstly the pour produces little in the way of a lasting head which is always disappointing for me. The aroma has caramel, maltiness with a real sweetness but the taste, while interesting in the front-end (malty, sweet caramel), the finish has a bitter impact that makes the beer interesting but kind of spoils it. But these guys are local in Ottawa so I will keep trying their stuff.

Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a nice white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light residual sugar notes is OK. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not memorable but well done for the style.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
