Unfiltered and naturally cloudy, Jade Blanche is a wheat beer that will delight you with its sweet notes of spices, cereals, and citrus. A refreshing and delicious hint of lemon completes the tasting.

Copenhagen 24/1 2021. 25 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Simple off-white label with a corn ear and a certificate for biodynamic agriculture.

Pours unclear - almost hazy - pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as flimsy, thin layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer.

Aroma has a malty and sweet odor with a touch of lemonade. Wheat malt. Citrus and white sugar.

Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.

Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderate tart bitterness. Aftertaste is thin and sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.

Thin Wit bier. Not terrible but utterly forgettable.
