Black draft pour at brewery (today was first tap day for this new beer) into snifter; beige head with little lacing. Roasted malt with dark chocolate notes as liquid warms; some stone fruit (cherry) too. Roasted malt/bittersweet chocolate with whisper of cherry/stone fruit flavors. Medium lite mouthfeel with chocolate malt and fruit linger. Overall, could be a little more chewy and boozy/ a little on the lite side, otherwise still very good.
