Weighing in at the 5.4% abv
Pours slightly hazed honey color with a sliver of beige head. Dissapointing head retention & lacing
S: Juicy fruit.white grape, breadyness
T: Follows the nose, white pepper as well, pears. Rich breadyness, white grapes, cloves, green banana peel as this warms, dryness as well. Finishes bready, clovey with plenty of juicy fruit
MF: Light/medium bodied, restrained carbonation
Great drinkabilty, a damn good take on the style. Right there with many I tried in Germany
