Wandering White has a thick, creamy, off-white head, a completely opaque orange-gold appearance, countless big, gray yeast chunks, and some glass lacing. Aroma is of hop resins, citrus, and white wheat. Taste is of those elements, with strong bitterness and background bubble gum, after the ale sets up. Mouthfeel is heavy and cream-of-wheatish, and Wandering White finishes mostly dry. Very interesting stuff, here.

Poured from 12-ounce can into a weizen glass. Pale orange in color, very hazy with lots of floaties. Standard pour yielded a couple of fingers of snow white head that left some sticky lacing as it receded. Interesting aroma and flavor profiles. Lots of Belgian wit character, with the typical yeast, banana, clove, and bubblegum. The hop additions provide an extra dimension. Notes of citrus, pine, and orange zest, with a lot of bitterness and a dry finish. Overall, an excellent beer, delicious and very drinkable.

Pours an opaque dull-orange with 3/4 of a finger of white foam. Head retention is okay with a few strands of lacing left behind. Sediment is sitting at the bottom of the glass immediately after a full 12oz pour from the can. Aroma is a staccato hit of pine, herbal, and spicy hops with a sprinkle of biscuit and earthy malts behind. Overall, it smells like you've just started digging a fire pit in a lightly wooded, evergreen forest. Flavor profile is herbal, spicy, and pine hops, all with a bitter quality. Biscuit, and earthy malts help curtail the bitter finish ever so slightly. Mouth feel is medium in thickness, with a fizzy, somewhat harsh feel. Overall, bitter biting forest-like hops over a light bed of malts. It has a short and staccato aroma and flavor profile, encouraging quick and abundant sips.

Served in a 12oz snifter from a 12oz can.

Pour a hazed honey color with 3 fingers of pearl colored head. Stays hazed, great head retention & pretty good lacing

S: Citrus, mango, great nose on this, juicy-fruit shows up late

T: Dryness, a touch of juicy-fruit, grassyness, orange zest. Pomelo, grassyness, a touch of rubber band & drynesss as this warms, some white pepper. Finishes w ith grassyness, white pepper & a little orange zest & just a little clove & juicy-fruit, plus just a little coriander

MF: Medium body, semi-firm carbonation

Drinks pretty easy, nice take on the Wit style
