The beer pours a nice scarlet/purple color with a quick, fizzy head that leaves no lacing.
The smell is very fruity, mostly berries (I'm assuming that's blackberry, but without knowing I would have said raspberries.). Underneath there is a definite wheat and banana smell.
The taste is very berry heavy with wheat underneath. I don't get a lot of the banana/clove in the taste. The use of real berries seems to prevent that fake, sweet taste.
The mouthfeel is high on carbonation and medium body.
Overall this is a nice, summer, easy-to-drink beer. I'm glad I got six, but I won't buy more.
