Wild Barrels Project No. 4 is a mixed culture, barrel-aged ale featuring Look-See Hefeweizen, fresh strawberries, Brettanomyces claussenii, and Pediococcus damnosus aged in Nighty Night 2016 Red Wine Barrels for four months. Fresh strawberry puree was added before the bottling process to create a secondary layer of strawberry flavor.
