I'll preface this review with my bias: I love this brewery. The Number 4 strawberry wheat beer wild barrel was amazing, and I dig their Belgian style stuff, and their belgianized candi sugar gose. Beautiful luminous cloudy golden orange glow in the glass with an exciting firm white head and good lacing. Aroma smacks of bright gravenstein or gala apples, on the sharp side. Flavor is a rolling funky cider thing, which would be disappointing if it weren't so lively. Faint juicy clove/ginger finish. Feels round and hearty. The honeysuckle honey and white wine barrel combo is exactly what you'd expect. At the end of the day this secret bracia/braggot is surprisingly refreshing.
