Good Baltic Porter beer from Little Rock. Friend of mine brought them back from a car trip. Lots of flavor with chocolate, cherry and expresso and it says vanilla, coffee and raisin aromas. The coffee/expresso really comes out but the cherry and chocolate keeps it from the bitter side. Had with a steak, it went okay, not as deep a taste as some porters.

Thanks goes out to russpowell for this brew.
12 oz. Can
Canned On: 10/29
Poured into a tulip a pretty nice dark brown color, with some pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger tan head, which also leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, with a nice little dark fruit complex (grapes, figs, raisins, dates, cherries), chocolate/toffee, slight coffee, slight vanilla, licorice. The taste is pretty nice, malty, with a nice little dark fruit complex (grapes, figs, raisins, dates, cherries), some chocolate/toffee, slight coffee, some vanilla, licorice, nice little sweetness. Medium body, ABV is hidden nicely. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Thanks Russ!
