I have a blue Hugo Boss jacket. It slays. It’s light, but has that bomber jacket neck cover thing. When I was a younger man and not married, I’d wear it when I’d want to slay the dragon. Coming full circle, I would probably never wear a puffy jacket (at least on purpose). This beer rocks though.

Pours an effervescent chestnut with a thumb of mocha colored head. Okay lacing & head retention
S: Roasty, a little dark fruit, some coffee once warmed up
T: Baker's Chocolate, roastyness, dryness & a touch of Chicory up front, just a touch of sweet cocoa as well. A slight bit smokeyness as this beer warms up, a little roasty bitterness & a little chocolate, just a touch of Anise mixes in, & more smokeyness. Finishes with sweetness, a little smokeyness, chicory & some woody hops
MF: Medium body, smooth carbonation, warming
Tasty brew that commands respect

Pours a dark cola brown that settles in the glass as black and supports a creamy tan head. Lovely beer. The nose is led by a roasty coffee aroma, with some vanilla and stone fruit tossed in for good measure. Wow.
The roasty char is forward on the taste, with the vanilla for balance and the stone fruit to spruce things up. The mouthfeel is rich and creamy, fitting the beer really well.
If I had regular access to this beer here in Northern Indiana , this would always be in my beer fridge from October through March. What a pleasure it is to drink this beer.

A: Pours an opaque black color. A one finger tan head forms. Plenty of lace is left behind.
S: Big toasted malt aromas up front. Dark bread and roasted coffee. A simple malt character that works, but a bit by the books.
T: Like the nose, toasted malts and the big baked bread flavor is really nice. Roasted coffee and light chocolate. A bitterness lingers and I really enjoy this.
M/O: A full body with good carbonation. A crisp bite but smooth at the same time. This becomes silky smooth after it breaths a little, and not heavy or viscous at all. A really nice one to sip on.
Yeah, I like this a lot. The malt character is just simple and roasted/toasted like. Though the body and feel are great, and its makes this a great warming to drinking. Again, Lost Forty hits it.
