i love the name, and i like the beer pretty well too. easily the best of the few ales we had in here this week. its bigger than many, but drinks freakishly easy, very light body, highly effervescent carbonation, and a wicked dry finish, awesome feel really, especially for a beer this strong, very impressive. the mosaic hops are awesome in this context, super fresh, lots of pineapple to it, fresh citrus, white wine, even a little peppery, so fresh and awesome, dripping juicy, and really bold, but it works here. champagne notes, green vegetal elements, and even a crispness which i didnt expect from it, surprisingly strong but really drinkable too, not overly complex, but it doesnt need to be at all, its cleanness is appreciated. from a quality standpoint, this is one of the best beers i have ever had in here. i wish they would go back to the belgian stuff that they got started with, the hazy ipa types are a dime a dozen now and they had a good thing going before jumping on the bandwagon. this one is the best of the new stuff for sure!
