On tap at the Bräuhaus. The Festweizen is amber in color and typically cloudy with a reddish tinge. It has a slightly malty and banana-like aroma. Despite its low alcohol content, it is very full-bodied and fruity, with low carbonation. The main flavor is banana. Only in the finish does one notice a slightly bitter clove note.

On tap at the brewery. Pours orange with tall white head. Body is medium and smooth. Taste is of sour apples, yeast, wheat malt, bananas and cloves. Finish is long, slightly sour. Ok brew.
