On-tap at the brewery, served in a pint
An amber color with virtually no head; delicate lace reveals some sip marks. Nose is subdued. Stone fruit and grass. Taste follows the nose. Stone fruit up front with grassy undertones. Some cherry flavors (el dorado?) Minimal bitterness. Well-balanced. My only real beef is that is is undercarbonated. The nose and flavor should pop more if the carbonation level picks up.
I understand this place has only been open a couple of weeks; I'm interested in coming back once they get their legs under them a little bit.

A little mellow compared to what most ipas are doing right now. A unique hop profile. Lingering bitterness is a bit off putting. All that being said it solid ipa. I am excited to see what these guys can do
