On-tap at the brewery, served in a pint
Golden yellow body with no head. Faint Belgian esters, touch of bubblegum, and a little bit of grainy malt. More carbonation would do this gal well. Pretty straightforward easy drinking blonde. Never know it was 7%.
These guys have only been open a couple of weeks and I'd like to come back once they get their legs under them a bit.

Lunacy Brewing Co. "Beautiful Baby's Belgian Blonde Ale"
on tap at the brewery on 17 February 2018
Notes: Hazy yellow-gold body beneath a short head of white that dissipates rather quickly but leaves some nice lacing behind. Limited aroma of sweetish grainy malt and light clove. The flavor follows and although there's Belgian yeast character there it doesn't pop. Some maltiness lingers in the mostly dry finish but it's not sweet. Medium bodied and delicately crisp.

I wasnt sure how to fell about this beer at first but it grew on me. A unique belgian. Had a faint clove/banana taste that is common in belgains. However, was also citrusy, almost juicy, as well. Could have been a little more carbonated. I believe with a little tweaking this beer could be great
