"Das Outlaw" is a collaboration between Bear Island and Payette for Oktoberfest 2023. Traditional German Dunkel made with Munich malt and Magnum hops. This nutty, bready beer is rich in texture yet easily crushable. Raise a little ruckus and a pint for all the desperadoes in your life! Prost!

Draft at Bear Island. Dark brown pour, almost clear, thin beige head. Toasty aroma, malty. Taste has a nice light roasty bite, malty, chocolate, smooth.
