On draft at King's Table. Served in a tulip. This was served to me as a mystery beer--so I had to guess from among the 55 beers on tap. The nose gave an adjunct smell--my friends and I got rye, but there was only one rye beer on tap that night and this wasn't it. Taste was a nice balance of hops and malt with a rye/adjunct flavor, and nice bitterness lingering. There was this rice DIPA on the menu, so that's what I settled on for my correct guess. This is a very nice offering from Dayton's gypsy brewer. If you like a flavorful rye IPA, try this rice DIPA, you won't be disappointed.

Really well done rice DIPA. Citrus and pine flavors but also a lot of malt to back it up. The rice adds complexity but doesn't overpower. Drinks very smooth and the high abv is concealed. Doesn't finish too sweet.
