Looks like dark Amber caramel
Smells like caramel I guess. I mean I can barely smell this beer.
Taste is like liquid caramel predominantly. Sweet.
Medium mouthfeel.
Overall a sweet delicious beer . It could be a heavy dessert.

12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours auburn with ruby hues; little to no head; not much retention or lacing. The aromas are nice. Lots of caramel and toffee. Cherries are there along with some dark fruits. Malts are there. The flavors are solid, but it has a somewhat odd aftertaste. Everything follows the nose for the most part. More caramel and toffee along with some hints of cocoa. More cherry along with some subtle hints of vanilla. Solid malt backbone. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is full-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's very smooth and easy to drink.
This is a solid scotch ale. It's slightly rough around the edges, but it's still pretty enjoyable.

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This fine ale pours a deep brown tinged ruby with a
fantastic head of off white foam that settles to a thick ring and a thin layer with nice
lacing. Nose of nice brown sugars and a touch of dark fruit notes with zesty hops
bringing up the rear. Flavors follow but exceed by presentation with brown sugars and
a touch of barley with some dark fruit notes of raspberries and nicely warming booze mingling
with a perfectly balanced herbal hop note. Excellent mouth feel; medium body, medium carbonation,
and a nice warming boozy finish.
A fine ale from a great little brewery.
Cheers
