12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours almost black with a light khaki head that falls leaving nice retention and lacing. The aromas are malt forward. Hints of smoke. Mild hints of cocoa. The flavors are on the sweeter side, but it's not cloying or over the top. There is almost a mild tart aspect going on. Subtle hints of cocoa, vanilla and anise. Moderate bitterness. Strong malt backbone. The graham flour is present, but it doesn't seem to bring a ton of flavor. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is full-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy and smooth.
This is an okay stout. It's a little rough around the edges. It doesn't really scream "s'mores". It's not bad, but I'm personally not crazy about it.

12 ounce can, no dating on it but it's stamped with "New Year Same Me" on the bottom. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like chocolate, graham crackers, vanilla, and roasted malt. I think the taste is similar to the aroma but there's also a bit of coffee flavor noticeable too. It's mostly sweet tasting but also has a hint of roasty bitterness. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a little creamy and coating with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought it was good overall, but there just seems to be something missing here. With that being said, it's still a good stout and I won't have any problems finishing the 4-pack of it. $10.99 a 4-pack.
