It’s hop time again! This decadently juicy IPA follows in the Vermont tradition of hazy and low IBU IPAs. Made with a metric ton of citra, mosaic, and BRU-1 hops, this sudsy delight has a bunch of apricot, mango, guava, and peach notes, with a medium to light body and clean bitterness on the finish to tie the experience together. This is a beer you will find yourself finishing faster than you expect just because it is so delicious. It pairs well with warm sunny days, spending time with friends, and taking yourself out of your comfort zone. Don't just blindly believe me though, go out and try a couple dozen pints yourself! Cheers friends and as always drink promiscuously!

12 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of pineapple, peach, apricot, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, pear, red apple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/citrus/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big pineapple, peach, apricot, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, pear, red apple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of pineapple, peach, apricot, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, pear, red apple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/citrus/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Minimal lingering resins/rinds through the glass. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.4%. Overall this is a very nice NEIPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/citrus/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mildly bitter/drying finish; great soft feel. Very nice Bru-1, Mosaic, Citra profile. Feels like Bru-1 has the most presence over the other 2. Very juicy, and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a great balanced wheat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example.
