Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a dark, murky orange color. The head disappears as fast as it appears.
The pepper really comes through. It almost comes across as a tomato smell.
I taste the mango and lime upfront. The pepper shines on the back end. It tickles my throat. The heat builds with each sip.
Medium bodied with an almost syrupy mouthfeel
I really dig the pepper flavor in this one. Most beers taut that peppers are in their beers without so much as a faint pepper taste. This beer unabashedly throws the pepper in your face. I love the heat. Just enough without overpowering the beer.
