We use fair trade cold-pressed espresso and cocoa nibs in this rich and smooth export-style stout. The espresso flavours combined with the rich chocolate are intertwined in this beer, but do not overpower your palate. This is a medium-full bodied beer and as dark as a Keating winter night.

Category 12 Brewing 'Keating Collaboration Stout' @ 6.5% , served from a squealer purchased for $7
A-pour is dark brown from the squealer to a cascading black in the glass with a light tan head leaving a spotty lace along the pint
S-cocao nibs & espresso coffee
T-rich and tasty cocao nibs with a dry coffee finish
MF-good carbonation , nice medium body
Ov-possible good foreign/export stout , which should be bottled in the fall , perhaps
