Poured from a 473ml can. Fresh-Hopped Wild Pale Ale is hopped with Centennial and Cascade grown by the BC Hop Co. in Chilliwack B.C. accentuated by a Sacc. Trois wild yeast fermentation.
A: Pours a clear golden with a thin white head and a bit of sticky lacing.
S: A nice spice hop nose.
T: A tangy slightly sour taste from the wild yeast with a mild hop bitter finish.
F: A fairly light body with good carbonation.
O: A different fresh hopped pale for sure definitely worth a try.
