Category 12 Brewing 'Archival' Barrel Aged Wild Imperial IPA @ 9.9% from a 500 ml bottle (2019 vintage) , @ 8.6% from a 500ml bottle (2020 vintage) , @ 8.9% from a 473 ml can (2021 vintage)
A-pour is a dirty gold from the bottle's/can to a hazy dark gold in the glass with a small off-white head leaving a minimal lace ring along the tulip
S-funky , Barrel aging
T-malts stand out at the start of this Foeder aged , funky DIPA , strong & bitter swallow
MF-mild carbonation , feels full bodied ,
