Appearance : Hazy golden, nice head that clings to the glass, good lacing.
Smell : Smells like wheat, guava, spice.
Taste : Surprisingly mild. Juicy and fruity, finishes with a good tartness. Not unpleasantly sour but just enough to satisfy. Good balance. The flavours are not overwhelmed by sourness of the beer.
Mouthfeel : Light body, good carbonation, nice bite of sour on the tongue.
Overall : A tasty sour ale that isn't too sour or sweet. "Gentle tartness" would describe it perfectly.
