Sourced from Bredenhof Hops in the heart of Chilliwack Valley, our select Chinook hops are harvested at their prime, then transported with precision to our brewery, ensuring they touch our kettles on the very same day they're picked. Dive deep into an aromatic experience, where nuanced tropical fruit converges with crisp citrus undertones.
We're devoted to crafting exceptional taste experiences, blending our geeky roots with microscopic precision. With our beers you embrace the freedom to forge your own path and make authentic choices - no PhD required.

Pours a bright slightly hazed orange golden with three fingers of foamy ivory coloured head with delicate lacing.
Resinous pine on the nose - green and a bit herbal with spicy floral notes; grapefruit peel aroma.
Spicy hops on the palate - bright and resinous pine, grapefruit peel bitterness, again a bit floral with some softer caramel malt sweetness.
Medium mouthfeel but slightly muted carbonation detracting from the overall experience - losing that crisp sharpness I would like - spicy bitterness lingers. There are notes of what I think to be the quintessential Fresh Hop IPA, Celebration, but the mouthfeel falls just a bit short (but this is still very good).
