Sourced from Topp’s Hops in the heart of Chilliwack Valley, our select Centennial hops are harvested at their prime, then transported with precision to our brewery, ensuring they touch our kettles on the very same day they’re picked. Dive deep into an aromatic experience, where nuanced tropical fruit converges with crisp citrus undertones.

Had initially on tap at the brewery in Victoria - bought a 4 pack to go.
Pours a slightly hazed orange bronze colour with a finger plus of fine bubbly white head.
Nose of ripe citrus, tropical fruit but with big hits of leafy green hops with some herbal and dank notes and a bit of cedar.
Brightly bittersweet on the palate - leaning to the bitterness - piney, resinous and green; some over ripe orange, pineapple, and mango - herbal and again slightly woody on a caramel malt backing.
Solid medium mouthfeel with bright carbonation and a coating resiny and piney lingering bitterness.
