Wheeling Brewing Company

This place was located in a neat part of Wheeling. The was decent amount of seating. The quality of beer and food was good. The service was friendly and attentive. They had 11 of their own beers and three other WV cans/bottles of others available along with a few other craft brews. The food menu was also diverse as well. The food was decent. Definitely worth a visit.

 

Nice Little place across from the Center Market in Wheeling. Beers are ok to good nothing really stood out. Some of their beers had too high of a carbonation for the style. They d brew a nice range of beers though. IPAs are not their specialty so if you are a huge IPA fan you might be disappointed. Service was great and the bartenders knowledge was second to none. Did not try their food.

 

A very cool place to check out if you are in the area or passing through. We made a lunch pit stop on the way to Cincinnati. Beers were very solid, especially the Moon Dog IPA and the porter. Food was really excellent as was the service.

Food is the best thing here. Beers are unimpressive and flat. Great atmosphere, if a little small, but that's part of the character. Really hoping the quality picks up, I really would like to support this place.

This place epitomizes what craft beer is all about. A really beautiful spot that is very intimate and quaint. (I can only assume it's already too small as they are way too good to ever be slow.) Beer was quite solid and well done. Only planned on having one and had two instead. Food was good. Service was superb. I really hope these guys kill it here. This is one of those places you come across that you'll always remember and always wish was just a little bit closer to home. Fantastic.

Great to see such a high quality craft brew pub in Wheeling. Head brewer Josh is a fantastic dude, eager to share talk up his craft with beer drinkers.

 

Wheeling Brewing Company started as a local basement brewery. Five very good mainstay beers along with seasonal specialties. Even have some guest brews from Morgantown Brewing. Food is all from acquired from local meat market, produce vendors and bakery. Weekly special on Friday evening. Located in historic Centre Market district. Strongly recommend giving them a try when in Wheeling area. Hard working group of owners that will appreciate your support.
