On tap at Phantom Carriage in Carson, CA.
Pours a murky honey orange with a foamy bone head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is sour with grain, fruit, white wine, acidic, and buttery wood aromas. Taste is much the same with sour pineapple, white wine, and buttery wood flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty, but this one could use a bit more carbonation to me.
Serving type: on tap.

Their 100% Brett Wild Belgian Blonde aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels. Big vinous character meets fruity acidity.
