On tap at the LA Beer Week Kickoff Festival held at Exposition Park in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a murky orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with citrus fruit, citrus zest, funk, Brett, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour citrus fruit, citrus juice, funk, and Brett flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity and Brett bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
Serving type: on tap.

Their 100% Brett Wild Belgian Blonde dry-hopped with Citra. Juicy with a sweet/tart finish.
