Poured pretty with a nice pink hue along with the yellow and a decent 1/3" head that was tough to retain. Imparted some strawberry, a nice but tough fruit to work with from this perspective of finished product quality around the beer world.
Taste didn't allow the fruit to dominate but merely compliment the already great Broadacres base. Everyone in our party really dug it. Carbonation well placed. Great summer beer. They're onto something here.

A: Moderate strawberry aroma, slightly funky, with moderate lacto sourness.
A: Light straw color, hazy with a light white head that quickly recedes to a very thin ring in the glass.
T: Moderate strawberry sweet and lightly tart upfront, followed by light funk with sharp, clean, moderate lacto sourness. There is a light doughy note in the aftertaste.
M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation. The beer is quite refreshing.
O: Very tasty; the strawberry aroma and flavor is excellent while blending quite well with the base Berliner. The beer is very easy to drink and is quite refreshing.
