A: lemon, orange rind, citrusy hops with moderately funky lacto sourness.
A: Bright yellow, hazy with a very thin head that quickly dissipates to an uneven ring around the glass.
T: Citrusy hops, lemon, orange flavors, light oak, followed by a funky, moderate lacto sourness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, the beer is tangy and lightly sour, but not acidic.
O: Pretty tasty; the beer exhibits citrusy aroma and flavor that works well with the funky bretts, souring lacto and oak barrel. The beer is a little tarter and funkier than usual, but these qualities make the beer quite refreshing and very easy to drink.
