Poured a cloudy yellow. Small 1/3" white head. Aroma had some grassy pine notes to it, not overly fruit forward, but enjoyable mix of old and new school dry hopping as the Mosaic isn't just about pungency when mixed here with the malt body.
Taste, malt in waves, dry then expounds into a little more than that. Softer bitterness, good green vegetal notes of pine and grass. Pretty good, shows they can make a beer to keep the lights on beyond barrel aged and wild stuff.
