Pours pale yellow with a thin white head that remains as a thin ring on top and leaves faint spots of lace. Smells of funk and tart unripe nectarines. Moderately sour taste with subtle fruit accents.

A: Moderate nectarine aroma, coupled with light funk and moderately sharp lacto sourness.
A: Light straw color, super hazy, with a light white head that recedes to a thin film. A bit of lacing is noticeable in the glass.
T: Moderate tart and slightly sweet nectarines, followed by slightly funky, moderately sharp, clean lacto sourness. The beer has a light doughy note in the aftertaste.
M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation. The beer has an effervescent character and is refreshing.
O: Tasty; the tart, lightly sweet nectarines compliment and blend very well with the base Berliner. The beer is very easy to drink.
