Fantastic peach berliner weisse. Tart but not overly so with a pronounced peach flavor. Had it after 10 months in the bottle and it's amazingly complex with bright peach and lactic flavors. Like biting into a slightly underripe peach, but in the best way imaginable.

One of Phantom Carriage's best and an absolutely fantastic peach beer - maybe as good as I've had. This does not have any fake peach or that "too high" acidic peach character prevalent in so many peach beers. This is pure assertive all around rich, bold and flavorful peach from start to finish. My opinion is that this must be consumed fresh; it's simply at it's peak now and aging will give it the overly tart, vinegar character you see in others. I'd love to be wrong but I'm not experimenting. This one is absolutely wonderful fresh.
