Pours a bright and vibrant murky straw yellow with a thin white head the dissipates quickly. Nose is of lemon peel and sour grape skins. Taste of sour lemon, zest and peel. Not getting much passionfruit, more lemon but would I know if I was? Slight funk to it but overall this one is very acidic, like in your face acidity! Light Greek yogurt but ya this ones acidity will make me reach for the tums. A bit of smooth mellow oak at the end. Light body and thin with a super dry and crisp finish.

Really, really sour. Fruity, yeasty smell. A bit exotic, but the sourness is quite extreme. Instead of an aftertaste, there's just more of an acidic burning sensation.
