This is the flathead valley version of La Folie.
Starts out as a wonderful brown and then soured in red wine barrels.
Red brown in color with quickly dissipating head.
Smell of stone fruit, specifically cherry and some malt.
Flavor has a balance malt back with tart cherry and tannin finish. Higher bitterness than expected.
Let warm up and develop.
