One of the rotating DIPA at bonsai this is a smooth clean hop bomb.
If there was a flaw the color is nothing to write home about. Deep gold edging into amber with medium haze would be more appealing a couple shades lighter or darke but the head retention and lacing is top notch.
Aroma is fresh hops, floral and fresh pine with light resin and sweetness mixing in the background.
Flavour is nicely hoppy and a touch grassy, but not to a fault balanced by light malty sweetness. Finished with a strong but quickly dissipating hop bite.
Body is lighter than many DIPA but this makes it even more drinkable.
