Good
Baby-Maker, while Irish at its roots, has influences from all over the beer spectrum. This medium to dark colored ale is slightly malty sweet with a delightful roasted finish. No parent admits they have a favorite child, but here at Iron Duke the Baby-Maker holds a special place in our hearts.

Pretty good beer but be careful with this one. The name fits as we are now expecting twins!

Beer looks good but head over foams on pour into glass. Taste is very subtle, and basically nonexistent. Bought from local package store and don't like giving bad reviews, but this one is definitely a pass.

Dark, dirty-oil brown, with one finger of tan head, that leaves a 1/4" ring, and a few spots of lacing.
Smell is the typical mix of cocoa , and roasty/earthy malt with a hint of char.
Taste is slight cocoa, roasted nuts , and the earthy , partially decayed charred wood present in the aroma. Light bitterness that lingers awhile.
Feel is medium, initially smooth and slightly creamy, with moderate amount of very,very fine , sharp carbonation.
Overall , a well-done version of a classic brew. If it ain't broke...etc,etc. ;)

Got at 99 restaurant in 24 oz mug. Not bad. Malty sweet porter, surprised they actually had a decent dark beer

Malty color with tan head. Sweet malty smell. I was 2 beers deep wth this brewery and in a very good mood. I felt like this was their signature beer but it was a little over-hyped. Good tasting beer don't get me wrong, but I didn't care for the dry malty after taste. Smooth texture.

This beer is an excellent example of a sweet porter. It ports dark and murky but smells sweet with notes of coffee and latte. The taste is that of a sweet porter or milk stout with a light mouthfeel. There isn't much head but it's perfectly carbonated.
