Brewed as a classic German Weizen, this beer has the expected banana and clove notes but with a reddish tinge from the use of a hefty portion of Red X malt. This brew was part of the Bestmalz World Record attempt for the Largest Simultaneous Collaboration Brew in history. Over 60 brewers around the world all mashed in at the same time, which meant 6 AM for us. Weizen Shine!
