We brewed this special pale ale to honor our assistant brewer Laurel on her last day. Laurel left her mark on this beer with a diverse range of citrusy hops showcasing aromas and flavors of ripe orange, grapefruit pith, lemongrass, and pine. Just like Laurel, this beer is bright, delightful, and nothing but awesome.
