To commemorate our 100th batch, which is technically our 101st as we use zero-based numbering, we went big. This strong ale, brewed with a generous proportion of wheat, boasts sweet, bready, honey-like flavors, a satisfyingly rich mouthfeel, and respectable alcohol content. Study Wheat Wine 101 with care, it is as potent as it is decidedly different.
