Planck’s Constant is our version of a Berliner Weisse, a highly sessionable sour wheat beer style from Northern Germany. We dry hopped it with Hallertau Blanc, a hop that exhibits characteristics of pineapple, gooseberry, white grape, fresh lemongrass stalk, and kiwi. Berliner Weisse is traditionally served with flavored syrups, so we have created some inventive concoctions to add variability to Planck’s Constant.
