16 oz. can dated 04/12/18. Tasted 05/01/18.

From the brewer: “...a hazy IPA brewed with spelt, Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops.”

A: Pours a somewhat cloudy dark straw with a creamy white head that dissipates and leaves good lacing.
S: Ripe stone fruit, pineapple juice, a little bit of what I can best describe as “hop astringency” that I smell in highly dry-hopped beers.
T: Follows the nose, with the addition of overripe peach and some malty sweetness.
M: Slightly below average carbonation and above average viscosity.
O: A nice “juicy” IPA. Postdoc makes a lot of great brews, and I was glad to see that they’re packaging their beers now.
