Poured from 12oz can into a dimpled mug.
Appearance: medium orange hue with a moderate haze and a thick head of frothy white foam with a good lace and decent head retention. I think it's darn attractive.
Smell: moderately sweet malt base with a dose of green, grassy hops. It's not bad but it doesn't seem super enticing to me.
Taste: moderately bitter up front, along with a grassy hop character. The flavor is less sweet than the aroma suggested, but overall, I'm not too inspired by this beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this beer just doesn't quite come together for me. Its bitterness comes in at the wrong place, and doesn't mesh well with the malt profile, nor does it complement the hop flavor that is present.

Six pack of cans picked up at the Postdoc tap room in Redmond, Washington.
Canned on 08/23/19. Poured in to a pint glass.
Look- Slightly hazy pale gold color, modest white head that dissipates rather quickly, a good bit of lacing. Light carbonation streaming as it sits.
Smell- Citrus (grapefruit and lemon), bready/grainy (corn type) malt, pine, mild pineapple, light spice and grassy notes.
Taste- Much like the aroma but everything is dialed back and muted. These cans are a bit older so that might have something to do with it.
Feel- Medium/light body, moderate carbonation on the tongue. Well balanced if nothing else.
O- A nice but rather mundane offering. The biggest upside to this beer is the proceeds go to Motley Zoo, a local animal rescue shelter.
