This version of L.A.B. Partner teams up our bracingly tart gose with the intense flavors and aromas of red raspberries. Vibrant magenta with a pinkish head. Berry, citrus, and a hint of a rose floral note. Tart and juicy with a hint of funk. Sight salinity from Jacobsen hand harvested sea salt. Finishes with a lingering breadiness of fresh sourdough and jam. Intensely refreshing and satisfyingly sessionable.

Poured from a 12oz can into a snifter.
L: Deep pink flavor with light pink head that quickly dissipates.
S: Sweet red berries. Mild aroma, but very pleasant.
T: Berry fruit forward, but I not distinctly raspberry. Bit of breadiness. Could use a bit more salt and I don't get any coriander if there is any in the recipe.
F: Medium carbonation. A little bit sweet sticky finish and not as much of a sharp, crisp finish from a traditional Gose.
A very nice fruited Gose that is refreshing and very easy to drink. Lovely summer beer.
